Born and raised in upstate New York, I navigated the dynamic blend of urban and suburban life, attending high school in the city. Academia was never my strong suit, so it was no surprise to my supportive parents when I decided to skip college and pursue my passion directly.
From an early age, fitness and health were my primary interests. At the age of 18, I earned my cycling certification and thoroughly enjoyed teaching, but the onset of COVID-19 disrupted my plans. During the pandemic, I found myself in Israel, where a combination of lifestyle changes led to significant weight gain. After a year abroad, I returned home, barely recognizable and struggling with my health.
Determined to reclaim my well-being, I embarked on a transformative journey. I lost the weight I had gained and rediscovered my love for fitness, particularly the gym. This experience was not without its challenges; my first personal trainer was far from motivating, but with the encouragement of friends and family, I found a trainer who truly supported me. Their guidance was pivotal in my progress.
Today, my mission is to help others feel as comfortable and enthusiastic about the gym as I do. I understand the importance of a supportive and encouraging fitness environment, and I'm dedicated to creating that for my clients. My goal is to inspire and assist others in their own health journeys, ensuring they find joy and confidence in their fitness routines.
